1. Owner and scope
The web software for STL mesh analysis and repair on castalialab.com (the “Tool”), including its interface, copy, trademarks, logos, documentation and technical components (scripts, workers and WebAssembly modules), is exclusively owned by Castalia S.r.l. (“Castalia”).
The “Castalia Lab” / “CastaliaLab” marks identify Castalia S.r.l. services and products. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Except with Castalia’s prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract or attempt to derive the source code, internal models, proprietary benchmarks or any substantial part of the Tool.
3. Limited license
Castalia grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool only through official Castalia Lab websites, for lawful analysis and preparation of 3D files you own or are entitled to process.
No other license (including any Creative Commons license) is granted over the Tool’s code or core.
4. Specific prohibitions
- Scraping, automated crawling or bulk extraction of Tool content, results or assets.
- Redistribution of the Tool, parts of it, or derivative copies (online or offline).
- Using the Tool, its outputs or permitted telemetry to train, improve or commercialize competing products or services, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
- Circumventing technical protections, tickets, origin checks or usage limits.
- Any use that infringes third-party rights, IP laws or confidentiality duties.
5. User files and operational privacy
Where the Tool processes geometry locally in the browser, STL geometry is not uploaded to Castalia servers for repair. Aggregated or anonymous technical data may be collected to operate and improve the service, as described in the site’s privacy notices.
You warrant that you have the right to process files used with the Tool.
6. Nature of the service
The Tool is provided free of charge “as is”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness of repair or printability. You remain responsible for verifying files before production.
7. Trademarks
“Castalia”, “Castalia Lab”, “CastaliaLab” and related logos are distinctive signs of Castalia S.r.l. (registered or unregistered). Unauthorized use, including confusing imitation, is prohibited.
8. Enforcement
Castalia reserves all civil and criminal remedies to protect its rights, including injunctions, damages and removal of unlawful copies.

10. Governing law
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, Italian law applies. Venue is as required by applicable law for Castalia S.r.l.
Using the Tool means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Tool.
